Rich and his team were all very welcoming and extremely supportive when I bought my first EV. They took a lot of time to talk through the car and answer all of my questions patiently and in detail. They are clearly very knowledgeable about Tesla, EVs and the supporting infrastructure. It was a very friendly sales process with absolutely no pressure to make a purchase, in fact it was only after I decided to buy the car that I was told there were others waiting to view it later in the day! Start to finish they looked after me as a team and then throughout the buying process Lewis was available for advice and very helpful in all aspects of me buying the car.
