After watching a few YouTube videos from R Symons, I wanted to buy my first electric car from them. It was definitely the right choice and I highly recommend them to anyone. They were open and helpful even for a novice like myself. They are well-informed, answered all my questions and showed us around with a professional customer service. They are a new type of second-hand car dealer - whom you can trust and feel confident about what you are buying. They make sure all the cars they sell are in a good condition and go through proper checks and cleaning process. Brilliant from start to finish.

I've followed Richard and the team online for a long time and when the right car came up it was an easy decision to buy it from R Symons.

Serge was fantastic in answering the questions I had before I purchased and went into loads of detail which put my mind at ease.

When I came to collect the car, Jo walked me through the whole car and the features and was on hand to answer any questions I had.

The buying process didn't feel rushed as it so often is in the car trade - having an appointment only system is great and you feel the team is there to support your purchase.

The after sale care has been just as good helping me out with a few things.

My journey with R Symons started with a visit to find out more about Tesla’s and see if the Model 3 was something that would suit me, Jo kindly showed me around their current stock and spend quite some time with me. He gave me all the information I needed to take away and decide the direction I wanted to go in.
I arrange a second visit to take a test drive in one of their pool cars, Lewis came out with me and was brilliant at talking me through all the controls and systems. On Returning Richard showed me a selection of Model 3’s, including one that had just come in. The car that caught my eye was a 22plate LR AWD that was immaculate with fairly low mileage. I took the night to decide and called the next day to put down a holding deposit and arrange payment/collection.
On collection day Jo spent time with me setting up everything I needed and doing the normal paperwork, nothing was too much trouble and I felt extremely comfortable at all times.
No disappointment with aftersales either, it’s been a few weeks since I picked up the car. Being a Tesla novice I’ve had a few query’s (some a little silly) but the team at R Symons couldn’t have been any more helpful.
To conclude, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this purchase and can’t recommend R Symons enough. Excellent knowledge of all things electric and great YouTube channel, well done and keep up the good work.

Living 600 miles away, I was initially a bit apprehensive about buying a car without being able to see it in person. However, Jo was incredibly helpful, answering all my questions over email and phone without any pressure to buy. The service was exceptional, and I can understand why so many people recommend them. I was doing research to see if a Tesla Model 3 was the right car for me and stumble upon their YouTube channel where they provided advice and information therefore helping me to make a decision. I looked on their website and by chance they had the perfect car! I dealt with Jo and he had all the answers to my questions and gave me sound and truthful advise. The process was smooth and stress free! He even went above and beyond and picked me up from the station on handover day!
