A super easy purchase of the exact car I wanted from a great team.
From the moment I contacted R Symons about purchasing a Tesla, to the moment I collected it, it was probably the most pleasant, straight forward, and stress-free car purchase of my life, and if I ever purchase another used EV, I'll be looking to get it from Richard and his team.
They have a great YouTube channel which is what originally made me aware of R Symons, so naturally when I decided to buy a Tesla, I kept an eye on the stock that they had. As soon as I saw one pop up on their site that was the right spec and colour for me, I emailed them straightaway to reserve it. I then spoke with Richard and we had a great chat about the car and he gave me loads of information about it, including it's history, where it came from, the current condition of the car, etc. Because I'd watched a lot of their videos and seen how they operate, I already knew I'd be getting an excellent example of the car I wanted, but it was still good to learn more about it. I then put a deposit down and arranged to collect it the following week. Between that point and the collection, I arrange all the remaining details with Amie, who again was super friendly and helpful.
Collection day arrived and it was such a great experience, again super easy and straightforward. I was met by Serge who was brilliant throughout. He showed me to the car, which looked great, and we went over it to make sure I was happy with it. We then moved onto sorting the last few pieces of paperwork. We'd managed to sort out most of the details before I arrived so it only took about 5 minutes to complete, and then he got onto transferring and setting the car up for me. This was my first Tesla, so he walked me through everything, from the app and everything you can do with it, how to control the car, set up drivers, contact Tesla if I needed to, charging, etc. Once that was sorted we went back to the car and again he walked me through everything about it and answered all my questions about it, so by the time I left, I felt like I'd learnt everything I need to know about it, and I couldn't wait to try it out.
To sum up, I'm so glad I was able to purchase the car I wanted from here, as throughout the whole process, I felt comfortable and confident that I was not only getting the car that I wanted, but also one that was well looked after and in great condition, combined with incredible customer service and a friendly team. And to top it off, it was also a great price.
A big thank you once again to Richard, Amie and Serge for all your help and for such a great car. When I need to purchase my next EV, I'll be back.
