I was doing research to see if a Tesla Model 3 was the right car for me and stumble upon their YouTube channel where they provided advice and information therefore helping me to make a decision. I looked on their website and by chance they had the perfect car! I dealt with Jo and he had all the answers to my questions and gave me sound and truthful advise. The process was smooth and stress free! He even went above and beyond and picked me up from the station on handover day! He walked me around the car and talked through all its features as this is my first EV. RS Symons definitely know their stuff and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy an EV!
