My journey with R Symons started with a visit to find out more about Tesla’s and see if the Model 3 was something that would suit me, Jo kindly showed me around their current stock and spend quite some time with me. He gave me all the information I needed to take away and decide the direction I wanted to go in.
I arrange a second visit to take a test drive in one of their pool cars, Lewis came out with me and was brilliant at talking me through all the controls and systems. On Returning Richard showed me a selection of Model 3’s, including one that had just come in. The car that caught my eye was a 22plate LR AWD that was immaculate with fairly low mileage. I took the night to decide and called the next day to put down a holding deposit and arrange payment/collection.
On collection day Jo spent time with me setting up everything I needed and doing the normal paperwork, nothing was too much trouble and I felt extremely comfortable at all times.
No disappointment with aftersales either, it’s been a few weeks since I picked up the car. Being a Tesla novice I’ve had a few query’s (some a little silly) but the team at R Symons couldn’t have been any more helpful.
To conclude, I’ve thoroughly enjoyed this purchase and can’t recommend R Symons enough. Excellent knowledge of all things electric and great YouTube channel, well done and keep up the good work.
